Barn and Boarding Facilities

More pictures to come of the facilities offered to clients!!

Outdoor Arena
150' x 250'

Priddis View Farms offers two outdoor arena's: a sand ring (seen here) and a hunter grass ring (to be ready June 2004)

Galloping Track

There is a galloping track that is just over 500 meters (1/2 a kilometer) in length, which is perfect for time trials training for 3-Day eventing.  The galloping track is also ideal for conditioning horses as it is located on a slight slope.

Indoor Arena
80' x 180'

Priddis View Farms also offers an indoor heated arena with specialized mulch dirt for optimum footing conditions for each individual horse.  The indoor arena is also rigged up with speakers and a stereo system for shows and special events held inside.

Along the side of the arena is several personal seats and bleachers fit for plenty of spectators.

Cross Country Course

Currently being built all over the property!
We hope to offer a variety of x-country jumps, along with a water jump and a devils dyke.  Stay tuned for pictures and more info.
Client Lounge

A client lounge also overlooks the indoor arena, so during the cold months parents can watch their children from the comfort of "home".
Stalls

21 airy stalls with drop down doors are open to horses and ponies throughout the year, along with two foaling stalls for farm and client mares that are pregnant.

There are also three tie stalls in the main area of the barn specifically for ponies.

Wash Stall

In the barn, there is a welcoming and airy wash stall for show preparation, bathing, cold hosing, and rinsing of horses after workouts.

Tack Rooms

We also offer two client tack rooms and a school horse tack room for the students using Priddis View Farms horses.  In one of the tack rooms, we also offer a washer and dryer for clients to clean their blankets and saddle pads for a small charge.

Mare and Gelding Paddocks

There are two paddocks where a small group of horses are kept; one allocated to geldings and the other for mares.
Field Turnout

There are three fields on the property that are easily accessible for clients and the horses.  Clients have the choice of where they would like their horses to be turned out to or to be kept full time.
Stallion Paddocks

There are four paddocks specifically for stallion day turn out.  These paddocks are beautifully located by the outdoor arena and are naturally sheltered from the elements by a vast array of indigenous trees.
Individual Paddock Turn Out

These paddocks are offered to client horses who cannot be turned out with any other horses for whatever reason.  The horses are turned out for 1/2 days, as there is an increasing demand for individual turnout.

Top Barn

If one barn wasn't enough, Priddis View Farms also offers access to a "top barn" for clients who want to keep their horses outdoors but in individual paddocks with custom feed programs.

Top Barn Paddocks
12 paddocks

The top barn includes six paddocks that have shelters in the barn and six paddocks behind the barn, where our farm animals live: chickens, a Dexter bull, goats, and sheep.
